Hi! My name is Katie, welcome to my site. I am an FEI Dressage competitor offering training and instruction in Kansas City, Missouri. I live in Lee's Summit, Missouri with my husband, Weston, and my adorable assistant trainer, Bellamy. I have a heart for dressage and have dedicated my life to it.

I am a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist who has spent many years working with some of the top names in the sport. I have a passion for continuing my own education and improvement. 

I love young horses and have had a tremendous amount of experience backing youngsters and bringing them up the levels.

 

I also enjoy using horses to help people and volunteer doing trauma-focused equine-assisted psychotherapy. I have recently completed my MSW, and am working on hours for my clinical license. I am working on becoming a Natural Lifemanship certified instructor and currently volunteer with HorsePower Experiential Learning. Through my experience in all these different areas I have a unique understanding of how to help people reach their goals in a kind and fun atmosphere.
